Christina B Azodi 43rd Lorne Genome Conference 2022

Christina B Azodi

I am a computational biologist working on developing new methods to study functional genomics. The focus of my post-doctoral work is on building pipelines to uncover the genetic basis for variation in gene expression at the single cell level. My doctoral work was on developing interpretable machine learning approaches to study how plants regulate their response to combined environmental stresses like heat and drought.
