I am a computational biologist based in Melbourne, Australia. I obtained my PhD from the Max Planck Institute for Molecular Biomedicine and the University of Münster in Germany. My research is focused on understanding the role that the spatial organisation of chromatin plays in regulating gene expression. I work on the analysis and integration of multi-omics data from patients and cell lines, using state-of-the-art bioinformatic methods in R and Python.
